Can a High School Administrator Search a backpack without a warrant? - backpack security
Recently, I had my first vice-president of the school have security guards search my bag. I had a knife out of my backpack and asked me about this and went to her, but she had the security guard do it for me. Then she asked him to fetch the rest of the bag. Can you not need or warrant?
